That's why Moka JEnne has shown extraordinary sensitivity and foresight, giving life to a project that would lead the company to actively contribute to protecting the environment: the choice led to dedicating part of the production to certified organic coffees, a commitment to promoting biodiversity while respecting the coffee's territories of origin.
The inclusion of en beans from Ethiopia's Sidamo region, grown at high altitude and renowned for its rich tradition, adds depth with notes of flowers, spices, dried fruit, honey, cocoa and citrus, reflecting the region's esteemed coffee heritage.
Biochicco was born of this experience. The result is a selection of blends characterised by the uniqueness of their aromas and flavours, the fruit of an exclusively natural production process.
