Description
This mature pecorino is made from sheep's milk from the province of Siena, hence the name. The paste is a pearly white, slightly chalky colour, while the rind is treated with tomato paste.
Composition
Pasteurised sheep's milk, Volterra salt, rennet and milk enzymes. Surface treated with tomato concentrate and preservatives E235, E202.
