Description
Truffles are the Delizie family's most "classic" cheese, their first born, and still a great success on the market. The pasta is characterised by the presence of Black Truffle.
Composition
Pasteurised sheep's milk, 1% truffle (Tuber aestivum VITT), Volterra salt, rennet, lactic ferments and flavourings. Surface treated with preservatives E235, E202
