Caciotta chili peppers, a delicate fusion of cow's and sheep's milk, reveals its character with a hint of ground chilli pepper (0.5%). 

Aged briefly for 15 to 20 days, this creation offers a perfect harmony between the sweetness of the fromage frais and the spiciness of the chilli pepper. 

Enjoy diced as an aperitif, au gratin with garden vegetables, or fondued as a raclette for a whole new taste experience.
