Description
Salamico Bianco, a delicate, refined sausage, carefully prepared with meticulously selected cuts of meat.
Seasoned with salt, pepper and fennel seeds, the preparation is left to rest for 24 hours to allow the flavours to blend harmoniously before being stuffed into a casing.
The salami is then left to mature for around 40 days, developing its exceptional flavour. A gastronomic pleasure to savour.
