Salsiccia Rossa Stagionata Piccante is a traditional Abruzzo sausage made from pork shoulder, bacon, salt, hot pepper and fennel seeds.
After a resting period to absorb the spices, it ripens for around 30 days. A delicious option for lovers of mild, tasty charcuterie.
