Description
Salsiccia di Fegato Stagionata is a traditional Abruzzo sausage made from pork shoulder, bacon and liver.
The ingredients are carefully chopped and seasoned with a mixture of salt, chilli and fennel seeds.
After resting for 24 hours to absorb the flavours, the mixture is stuffed and the sausage is matured for around 30 days, offering a rich, authentic taste experience.
