Organic IGP Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is made using only cooked grape must and wine vinegar. In keeping with the ancient tradition of balsamic vinegar, Acetomodena offers a range of condiments adapted from time to time to enhance the flavour of specific foods.
Fragrant and intense, this vinegar is ideal for cooking boiled vegetables and white meats, or as a base for marinating roasts and large pieces of meat.
